An Ode to Blue

This basic blue vest is back! The only thing is that I never, ever style this vest true to it's basic fashion. Last time I featured this vest I styled it as a top and this time it is style more as a dress. I came up with this concept because I am always playing with heights and lengths. Usually, as a girl from New England around this time of year I would begin contemplating layering but since my arrival to Orlando I've learned it's time to rethink my styling as usual.
