Dressing Unpredictably: mixing lace & leather

There's always a balance when it comes to dressing. Not too much skin, not too covered.  Not too big, not too small, etc. For this look all I could think was be unpredictable- mix and math unexpected pieces and genres. So I started off with a delicate baby doll dress to bring in feminine appeal as well as vintage and feminine like jewelry met by the edge of a sleek black leather pant. One thing I wish I perfected was my makeup look to highlight the look and bring it to completion. You know how much I care about the full look. What do you think about dressing unpredictability?
